New coffees, now available
This harvest we decided to start our shipping earlier, to ensure quality was stabilized in all our coffees. We wanted you to get your hands on to the fresh coffees as soon as possible and have landed our first coffees in Europe and North America.
Very excited to share with you all our coffees - most micro lots are from Huehuetenango as well as our famous, Primavera Family, a fully tradable regional blend, which many of our customers have been offering as espresso or approachable filter due to its orange sweetness acidity and chocolate creamy notes.
Some of our coffees have excellent floral and fruity notes and we are proud of the producers we work with. The quality this year is very good and the coffees and clean and sweet as well as we as set to to last longer due to the improved drying practices due to our water activity data collection and new purchasing requirements (more soon to follow on this topic!).
Some new regions and coffees will be shipped in the coming weeks, we have coffee from Atitlán, San Marcos, Fraijanes, Antigua and Coban. We will also have some AAAMazing honey and natural Processed lots for the year - so get in touch if you are interested.
