Each year, we strive to offer an array of coffees that meet the diverse needs of coffee roasters around the world - from showstopping microlots to classic regional offerings that consistently perform well as espresso or filter coffee.
Roasters have turned to us for many years for our signature regional lot, Primavera Family, due to its versatility and quality. Building on this foundation, we are now offering a lineup of blends that showcase the flavors of Guatemala and other origins at a great price. As always, each one represents our values of quality and sustainability, and every lot is traceable to the farm level.
Our classic blend is sourced from small producers in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, and it showcases the nuanced chocolate and yellow fruit notes that have made Guatemalan coffee a favorite with coffee lovers. This blend allows us to work with more producers, and to buy more coffees from farmers whose production is too low to create a single microlot. These coffees come together to create the Primavera Family Blend, built for versatility - it performs well as a single origin or blender, for espresso and for filter coffee at any roast level.
Sustainably sourced from the Jalapa region of New Oriente, Cafe del Valle is a blend of coffees that showcase the region’s characteristic syrupy body and deep notes of chocolate. In the Jalapa region, we buy cherry from coffee farmers rather than parchment. This not only allows us to offer the coffee at a great price, but also to work with producers specifically on their harvesting practices as a targeted way to boost coffee quality. This affordable option shines in a variety of profiles, and excels in any blend.
This blend was created to celebrate the efforts of women who produce coffee in the Huehuetenango region. The role of women in the coffee value chain continues to evolve and they earn more recognition with each year that passes. When roasters purchase this coffee, a portion of the price goes to fund workshops that are targeted to women coffee producers, so that they can access key agronomy and post-harvest processing trainings.
Our Primavera Friends blends are inspired by our Primavera Family Blend. They showcase classic profiles from a variety of coffee producing regions, each one unique. Friends is made for versatility, perfect for blends or an accessible single origin offering at any roast level.
