Our producers have started harvesting their coffees! This means that the first samples are flowing into our lab and our bowls.
We're cupping lots of coffees from Huehuetenango, Fraijanes, Oriente, and San Martin Jilotepeque. Exciting, because we tasted creamy cups with honey 🍯, caramel, mandarine 🍊 and forest fruits🍒. Promising for what will come!
